After a dynamic 24-year career in the Fortune 100 world, helping to transform a global brand, I realized my true calling wasn’t just in corporate strategy—it was in human potential. I launched Thyme Out Consulting for one reason: to help incredible people who feel stuck on a treadmill of success rediscover their purpose and lead with authentic, courageous impact personally and professionally.

My path to founding Thyme Out Consulting was unveiled during a pivotal moment: a corporate restructuring at John Deere. After years of success, I felt a growing dissonance between my leadership values and my environment. The restructuring offered a choice: return to corporate life, or courageously pursue my deeper calling. Recalling a mentor’s question that had echoed for years—“I can’t wait to see what you do when you have fun”—I chose freedom and purpose. I chose to build a business that challenged the status quo of leadership development from the ground up.

The name Thyme Out Consulting was chosen with great intention. “Thyme” is an herb that historically symbolizes courage and strength—qualities every leader needs. A “Timeout” is a strategic pause for clarity, renewal, and planning the next successful play. Together, they represent my core philosophy: that real growth begins when we have the courage to step back, reconnect with our purpose, and move forward with conviction. A Legacy of Courage and Connection

I don’t just coach leadership—I live it. As a single mother to three incredible sons, my greatest legacy is the one I’m building at home. I’ve always chosen experiences over things, believing a global perspective and shared adventures are the greatest gifts. This commitment to “living a full life” is woven into everything I do.
