For over two decades, I thrived in the Fortune 100 world, sitting at the intersection of high-stakes corporate strategy, technology, and human leadership. But after a dynamic 24-year career helping to transform a global brand, I realized my true calling wasn’t just in corporate marketing—it was in solving the capacity and burnout crisis facing today’s leaders.

I launched Thyme Out Consulting for one reason: to help incredible people who feel stuck on a treadmill of success rediscover their purpose, reclaim their time, and lead with authentic, courageous impact.

My path to founding Thyme Out Consulting was unveiled during a pivotal moment: a corporate restructuring. After years of success, I felt a growing dissonance between my leadership values and the exhausting corporate environment. I saw brilliant leaders burning out—not because they lacked vision, but because they lacked capacity.
The restructuring offered a choice: return to the corporate grind, or courageously pursue my deeper calling. Recalling a mentor’s question that had echoed for years—“I can’t wait to see what you do when you have fun”—I chose freedom. I chose to build a business that challenges the status quo of how we work, combining strategic AI ecosystems with human-centric coaching to cure the “administrative fog.”

The name Thyme Out Consulting was chosen with great intention. “Thyme” is an herb that historically symbolizes courage and strength—qualities every leader needs to navigate change. A “Timeout” is a strategic pause for clarity, renewal, and planning the next successful play.
Together, they represent my core philosophy: real growth begins when we have the courage to step back, optimize our capacity, and move forward with conviction. Today, we achieve this by using the EEI System™ (Energy, Enthusiasm, Intensity) as the leadership engine, and People-First AI as the accelerator.

A Legacy of Courage and Connection

I don’t just coach leadership. I live it. As a single mother to three incredible sons, my greatest legacy is the one I’m building at home. I’ve always chosen experiences over things, believing a global perspective and shared adventures are the greatest gifts.
